 The Multi-Board Residential Real Estate Contract 7.0 was released publicly on January 3, 2019. While it was initially available on MRED alongside the 6.1, it became the only available version on March 1, 2019.
The Multi-Board 7.0 is an example of a Contract that keeps getting better! Major changes include:
• complete reorganization, which makes it easier to follow
• revisions to the financing contingency
• new parameters for both attorney review and inspection
The Contract has also modified to be even more usable in the City of Chicago.
