The following is a representative fee schedule:
Residential Closings*:
With Broker:
Single-Family: $850
Multi-Family: $1,050 (plus $200 per unit over 2)
Without Broker (or "For Sale By Owner"-type Deals):
Single-Family: $1,300
Multi-Family: $1,500 (plus $200 per unit over 2)
Additional Services:
Pre- & Post-Closing Possession Agreements: $400
Licenses & Easements: $500
Lease Preparation: $750
Lien Waivers/Exam Preparation: $1,000
Special Assessment Escrow Agreement: $350
Tax Escrow or Reproration Agreement: $350
Cancelled Transactions: $400
*Transactions that require more than four (4) hours will be billed at an hourly rate of $650/hour. Litigation is billed at an hourly rate of $850/hour.
